Health Camping on Prescription
Located on the idyllic outskirts of Egglfing on the Inn, a district of Bad Füssing, and right next to the Unterer Inn nature reserve, it is not only a wonderful place for a classic camping holiday.
At MAX 1, you will meet pleasure-loving campers and health-conscious guests spending several weeks here at this Excellent Place for their spa treatment or rehabilitation. Since June 2021, the "outpatient spa treatment" has once again been a legally regulated compulsory benefit provided by health insurers, with 100% of the costs for spa doctor treatments, 90% for remedies and, where applicable, a contribution towards accommodation and meals. Your health insurer or GP practice can provide information on applying for a multi-week thermal pool treatment. Private treatments are also possible at any time.
That means: The treatment is available on prescription when prescribed by a doctor – even at the campsite! After all, all Fango and massage treatments take place in the on-site therapy centre. Special attention is paid to completely individual treatments. The professional team led by therapy manager Florian Bauer looks after each individual and their health needs with empathy and sensitivity. A Penzel acupuncture massage to relieve tension or a Deep Release massage for truly deep relaxation are just two of a wide range of soothing treatments.
Individual and group therapies also take place in the fitness room, and there is an energy room with state-of-the-art vibration equipment, regular aqua aerobics in the thermal pool and plenty of nature for exercising outdoors.
Spacious pitches surrounded by greenery or by the natural swimming lake, attentive 5-star comfort from the breakfast buffet to healthy wellness pleasures with thermal pools, saunas and elegant relaxation areas – as a passionate camper, there could hardly be a lovelier way to spend your treatment!
